At the Center for Interventional Endoscopy at the Redus Center for Digestive Health, our specialists are focused on advanced, minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat complex gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. Our advanced endoscopists use cutting-edge endoscopic techniques to manage pancreatobiliary and other conditions that traditionally required surgery. The Center fosters close multidisciplinary collaboration between surgeons, oncologists, radiologists and gastroenterologists to provide high-quality care.

Procedures offered include:

  1. Advanced Diagnostic Procedures
    • Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS): Evaluates deep-seated GI and pancreaticobiliary diseases, performs fine-needle aspiration (FNA) or biopsy.
  1. Therapeutic Procedures
    • Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP): Used for bile duct and pancreatic disorders, including stone removal, stenting, and stricture dilation.
    • Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) & Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD): Minimally invasive removal of early GI cancers and large polyps.
    • Gastrointestinal Stenting: Relieves obstructions caused by cancer or strictures.
    • Bariatric Procedures: Non-surgical weight loss treatments
  1. Management of GI Bleeding
    • Hemostasis Techniques: Clips, thermal coagulation, and injection therapies for ulcers, varices, and angiodysplasia.
